A colon hydrotherapy session is a comfortable experience for many people. It produces no toxicity. You are modestly covered the entire session with no exposure to the material or odor being expelled. The client gently inserts the disposable rectal tube (about the size of a pen) into the rectum about 3-4 inches to cleanse the contents of your lower colon with a soothing flow of purified warm water. What you may eliminate is visible through a sealed, clear viewing tube. There is no need to run to the bathroom to expel. The time frame for a session is 45 minutes to 1 hour.
